Hi, I’m Maddison — a mom of two and a local small business owner who genuinely loves helping people feel comfortable and proud of their homes.

 

I’ve been providing professional house cleaning services for over 7 years, and I take a lot of pride in the details that make a space truly feel clean, calm, and refreshed.

I know how busy life gets, especially with kids, work, and everything in between — so my goal is to make having a clean home one less thing you have to stress about. I show up when I say I will, treat your home with care and respect, and clean it as if it were my own.

Most of my clients come from referrals and repeat business, which means everything to me. I believe trust is earned, communication matters, and consistency is key. If you’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who truly cares, I’d love the opportunity to help.

Services


 

General Clean:

Starting at $120 (3+hr)  

$40 each additional hour 

All rooms - window glass and ledges

Bathroom:

• Mirrors, sinks, toilets and wall spots, bath/shower exterior, fixtures and floors

Kitchen:

• Sink, countertops, wipe down of cabinets, microwave interior, appliance exteriors, tables/accessories, fixtures and floors

Living spaces:
(bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and hallways)

• General dusting, fixtures and floors

Deep Clean: $350 (6+hr)

• Trims/baseboards and doors

Bathroom:

• Tub scrub, cabinet scrub

Kitchen:

• Deep cabinet scrub, oven clean, top of refrigerator (if accessible)

Some deep cleans may take more than one visit to fully complete. I’ll always communicate expectations in advance and will let you know if I believe additional time or a follow-up visit may be needed.

Add‑Ons & Pricing

• Fridge interior — $20


•Freezer Interior-$25

• Oven interior — $35 (Included w/ deep clean)

• Window track interiors — $5-$10/window (size dependent)

• Blind Deep clean— $25/room

• Door Deep scrub —$15/door 

• Carpet shampooing — TBD and must be scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time

• Organizing — TBD

• Laundry — $20/load and must provide with laundry supplies (detergent, softeners, dryer sheets etc.) 


•Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher — $20 each

• Dishes — TBD

I do not do dishes as part of general or deep cleans- these will need to be done before your clean or will be added on to your final price as an extra fee. The fee depends the extent of the dishes. 

What to know before your clean:

Hazardous waste, heavy furniture moving, outdoor cleanings.
 

Supplies & Equipment

I provide my own supplies unless you request that I use something specific.


(If I don’t normally carry it, I may ask that you provide that preferred product 

if it’s being used for regular scheduled cleanings, I will factor it into my supply list so that you no longer need to provide it.)

Pricing & Payment

• Payment due upon me finishing up the clean.


• $25 late payment fee applies (unless discussed with me before the clean).


• Accepted forms of payment: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and cash.


• $50 deposit required for deep cleans. This deposit is non‑refundable, but applies toward your final cleaning charge.

Scheduling Policies

I will always do my best to be on time, but things happen. A wait time of up to 15 minutes may occur 


I will make up any time lost during that clean.


Anything over 15 minutes will be discounted at my discretion or made up immediately depending on the schedule.


If I have to reschedule, I will always make sure to prioritize your scheduling preferences — you will get first pick at my open availability for that cleaning type slot.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens- Whether it’s sickness, family needs, or unexpected events.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me 24 hours before your appointment.
If notice is not provided, a $25–$50 cancellation fee may apply depending on the service.
Exceptions are made sparingly for true emergencies, but I do reserve time specifically for your appointment
and rely on these for income.

 

I appreciate your understanding and communication.

5 last minute reschedules in one calendar year may result in termination of agreements.

I will always avoid having to reschedule, but in the event that I need to reschedule because of my own personal need or due to weather- I will always do my best to squeeze you in as soon as possible. I will also always notify you ASAP if this is the case. 

Access to Home

Please provide me with any details I will need for the scheduled cleanings.
(door code, key handling, pets...)

 

Preparing for Clean

Please leave out any step stools or ladders needed for taller ceilings/fixtures.
Make sure sinks are clear of dishes.

Close doors of any rooms/closets that you would NOT like cleaned.

• Clear clutter (if I’m not being paid to organize, I will clean around toys, laundry piles, etc.)


• Secure valuables — I am trusted in every home I clean and will never bring anyone with me to a scheduled service. (training exempt but will always be discussed beforehand) 


My clients trust me and I would never do anything to tarnish that!


A lot of my clients leave during their scheduled cleans- this is YOUR preference. I don't mind working around you and this is your home- so I want you to be as comfortable as possible. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something is not done to your satisfaction, notify me within 24 hours with photos.
This allows me to effectively find a resolution.

 

Loyalty Program

Every 6th clean gets a $20 discount.
(Only applies to general and deep cleans — does not count toward add‑ons.)

Referrals

Referral discounts for new recurring clients.


If you refer a friend, you will receive $10 off your next clean after they have completed their second clean with me.
(Only applies to general and deep cleans — does not count toward add‑ons.)

Communication Rules

Text preferred — you may text me any day, any time.
During a scheduled clean, please be communicative if possible.
If I reach out during a clean, it usually means I need something important to complete the job.
Miscommunication may lead to an unfinished service or termination of agreements.

Photos for Portfolio

I may take photos during cleans,
but never of private information or anything that identifies the home.
Photos are only used for before & after examples and may be posted on my website/social media.
If you are not comfortable with this, that is totally okay-Just let me know before the appointment so that I know ahead of time.

Disclaimers

If something poses too much risk for me to reach/clean- I will always prioritize my safety first. 
I am not responsible for damages or accidents. If there is an unsafe spot on your property that I may come across during the clean- please let me know, that way I know how to navigate around it. (for example: Nails that stick out, loose stairs etc.)
