I’ve been providing professional house cleaning services for over 7 years, and I take a lot of pride in the details that make a space truly feel clean, calm, and refreshed.
I know how busy life gets, especially with kids, work, and everything in between — so my goal is to make having a clean home one less thing you have to stress about. I show up when I say I will, treat your home with care and respect, and clean it as if it were my own.

Signature Reset (Deep Clean)
A true deep clean is detailed, physical work that goes far beyond surface wiping.
Baseboards, doors, trim, fans, blinds, and buildup areas require time, focus, and professional attention. These are the areas that collect months (or years) of dust and residue.
Paying for a quality deep clean ensures:
• The home is brought to a true baseline
• Hidden buildup is properly addressed
• Surfaces are protected long-term
• Maintenance cleans become more efficient
• Results actually last
A rushed or underpriced deep clean simply cannot deliver the same transformation.

Policies & Expectations

Thank you so much for trusting me in your home. My goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience while maintaining the highest quality standards. Below are a few simple policies to help everything run smoothly for both of us.
Services Not Included
To ensure safety and efficiency, I am unable to provide:
• Hazardous waste removal
• Heavy furniture moving
• Outdoor cleanings
• Carpet cleaning
• Large electronics
• Litterboxes/animal dumplings
• Cleans for homes that have been smoked in (cigarettes) or present heavy dangerous drug use.
If you’re unsure about something, just ask — I’m always happy to clarify.
I reserve the right to decline a clean at my discretion.
Supplies & Equipment
I provide all of my own professional supplies and equipment.
If you prefer a specific product used in your home, I’m happy to accommodate when possible. If it’s something I don’t typically carry, I may ask that you provide it initially. For regularly scheduled clients, I will gladly add it to my supply list moving forward.
Signature Reset Requirement
To maintain the highest level of quality and consistency, all new clients begin with a Signature Reset (deep clean).
Maintenance services are available afterward, or if your home has been cleaned by Swept by Maddison within the last 6 months.
Pricing & Payment
• Payment is due upon completion of each session.
• Late payments are subject to a $25 fee per additional 12-hour period.
• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or cash. I do not accept credit or checks.
• A $50 deposit is required for deep cleans. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your final cleaning charge.
Add-ons may be limited depending on schedule availability and time allotted for your appointment. Add-ons should be discussed during booking and cannot be added at the time of clean.
•Pets may require an additional charge. Any homes with pets will need a virtual or in person walk through to assess the dander before pricing.
Scheduling Policies
I always aim to arrive on time. Occasionally, traffic or prior cleans may cause slight delays.
• A wait time of up to 15 minutes may occur.
• I will make up any time lost during your cleaning.
• If I’m delayed beyond 15 minutes, I will either discount the time or make it up immediately — depending on the schedule.
If I ever need to reschedule (weather, illness, emergency), I will notify you as soon as possible and prioritize your booking with first access to my next available opening.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I completely understand.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Without proper notice, a $25–$50 cancellation fee may apply depending on the service.
Three last-minute reschedules within one calendar year may result in termination of recurring agreements.
I reserve time specifically for your appointment and rely on those reserved hours for income — so communication truly means everything.
Health & Safety
If anyone in the home has had a fever within the last 48 hours, please notify me prior to your clean.
This allows me to bring proper protective supplies to protect myself and my family or gives us an opportunity to reschedule if need be.
If something poses a safety risk to clean or access, I will always prioritize safety first.
Please notify me of any known hazards (loose steps, exposed nails, unstable fixtures, etc.) so I can safely navigate your home.
Access to Home
Please provide any necessary details for entry:
• Door codes
• Key instructions
• Pet information
Many clients leave during their clean — that is completely your preference. I am comfortable working around you or independently. This is your home, and I want you to feel comfortable.
Preparing for Your Clean
To ensure the best results:
• Please leave out step stools/ladders if needed for tall fixtures.
• Make sure sinks are clear of dishes.
• Close doors to any rooms you do NOT want cleaned.
• Clear clutter if organizing is not part of your service (I will clean around items otherwise).
• Secure valuables. I never bring anyone into your home unless training has been discussed beforehand.
Trust is everything to me.
•Showers/Tubs- If you must shower/bathe before your scheduled clean please wipe it dry when finished. Starting with a wet shower or tub can prolong the cleaning process, taking away from being able to get to other things.
•Please pick up any small rugs that will need to be moved during the clean- large area rugs can stay in place.
• If there are cats or dogs in the home- please leave out household vacuums and brooms. (This protects other clients who may be allergic to dander.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something does not meet expectations, please notify me within 24 hours with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
Full refunds are not offered — you are paying for my time and labor.
If we are unable to find a solution, I may issue a partial refund at my discretion.
Loyalty Program
Every 6th clean receives $20 off (general and deep cleans only).
You must present your stamped loyalty card.
Completed cards will be collected and replaced with a new one.
Referrals
Referrals mean the world to my small business.
When you refer a new recurring client, you’ll receive $10 off your next clean after their first completed service.
(Valid for general and deep cleans only.)
Communication
Text is preferred — you may text me anytime.
If I reach out during your clean, it usually means I need clarification to complete your service properly. Clear communication ensures beautiful results and avoids unfinished work.
Photos for Portfolio
I may take before & after photos during cleans.
I never photograph private information or anything identifying your home. Photos are used only for website or social media examples.
If you prefer no photos taken, simply let me know beforehand — completely respected.
